DAY 1 : AGADIR – TAROUDANT –  AGDZ DRAA VALLEY.

Today our 6 days desert tour from Agadir to Marrakech will start after breakfast and departure for Agdz, the gate of the Great South, via Taroudant. Visit the city, one of the oldest in Morocco, which has preserved the character of its past. You will admire in the souk the neat work of the craftsmen. Continue to Agdz and arrive for lunch. Visit the city located at the confluence of the valleys of Draa and Dades and depart for the visit of the kasbah of tamnougalt, then a photo stop at that of Draa Valley. Dinner and overnight in traditional Riad.

DAY 2: AGDZ – NKOB – TAZARIN – RISSANI – MERZOUGA DESERT.  

After breakfast, we will resume our trip towards a unique destination today, the spectacular Merzouga; passing by some impressive southern Berber villages, such as Nkob Kasbah, then we continue our 6 days desert tour from Agadir to Marrakech to Tazarine and Alnif where you will enjoy discovering an underground prison that became a museum and, enjoy Lunch before continuing our journey. Right after, we will continue to Merzouga via the small oasis town of Rissani; Eventually when you arrive, you will be welcomed by camels, who will take you in a memorable adventure through the golden sandy dunes of Erg Chebbi. Under the spectacular sunset, you will enjoy watching from the highest dunes in North Africa. Eventually we will access our traditional well equipped camp, where you will enjoy watching a berber music show, before savoring a tasty local dinner around the campfire; overnight in a nomadic camel hair tent, under the milky way.

DAY 4: OUARZAZATE – AIT BENHADDOU – ATLAS MOUNTAINS – MARRAKECH.

After visiting the Kasbah of Taourirt, we will explore the studios of Ouarzazate, and we will head to Ait Ben Haddou, which is a huge and ancient Kasbah that is considered a UNESCO world heritage site and also a famous filming site that can be seen in many famous movies such as Gladiator, the Kingdom of Heaven, Jesus of Nazareth and so on. In the afternoon, we will drive through the amazing high mountain landscapes of Tizi n’Tichka Road and the many Berber villages that live a very simplistic lifestyle before we arrive at Marrakech. In the Red city, we will stay at a hotel.

DAY 5: MARRAKECH SIGHTSEEING

During this 6 days desert tour from Agadir to Marrakech, we will have the opportunity to explore the Red City Marrakech. There we will have a guided tour that will take us to explore the main landmarks of the city; places which have a huge historical and cultural value. The list includes Bahia Palace, the Saadian Tombs, the Koranic school of Ben Youssef along with the Medina, and the Souks. After lunch in a traditional restaurant at the famous Jemaa El Fna Square, we can go visit the Koutoubia Mosque and the fascinating gardens of Majorelle that have an amazing collection of plants from all over the world. We will leave you after that to explore the city on your own in case you want to. At the end of the day, we will stay at the traditional Riad where we have booked.
