Itinerary overview :

After we meet up we will go on a journey to explore Casablanca and Rabat. Then, we will head north to Chefchaouen and the region of Fez-Meknes after that to discover the amazing historical landmarks including the Roman ruins of Volubilis. After that, the tour takes us to the desert after visiting the Middle Atlas Region and the cedar forest of Azrou. We will spend some time exploring the desert region including a night at the dunes of Erg Chebbi dunes. After that, the tour ends at Marrakech after it visits the famous filming spots of Ouarzazate.

DAY 1: WELCOME TO MOROCCO

After we meet you, our 10 days tour from Casablanca To Marrakech via the Sahara Desert starts after we offer you a meal. Depending on the time of your arrival, we might explore some of the landmarks of Casablanca; places like Hassan II Mosque, the Medina and Bab El Had along with the beach area if we have time, otherwise, we will do the that the next day. After that, we will go to the hotel.

DAY 2: CASABLANCA – RABAT – CHEFCHAOUEN BLUE CITY

After breakfast, we will go to visit the Hassan II Mosque, which is one of the most amazing and largest religious buildings in the world; it’s also one of the few mosques that are open to non-Muslims. After that we will travel to Rabat; there we will visit the Royal Palace, the Hassan Tower, the Kasbah of Oudaya and the Mohamed V Mausoleum. Then, we will head on our 10 days tour from Casablanca towards the Blue City Chefchaouen, driving through the Riff Mountains and Ouazzan city. We will have an overnight stay at a traditional Riad.

DAY 3: CHEFCHAOUEN – VOLUBILIS – MEKNES – FEZ

We will go out after breakfast to explore the Chefchaouen on a guided tour. We will visit the Medina and the markets along with visiting some cool streets to take memorable photos between the blue walls. Afterward, we will go to Meknes, which is a city that has been a great capital of the Moroccan Kingdom during the 17th century. At Meknes, we will explore the main landmarks of the Medina and the area around; places like Bab Mansour and Lahdim Square. We will leave Meknes soon after we explore it, drive towards the holy city Moulay Driss and the ancient Roman ruins of Volubilis. And finally, we will stop at Fez where we will have an overnight stay at a Riad.

DAY 4: FEZ SIGHTSEEING

This day of the 10 days tour from Casablanca will be dedicated to exploring the spiritual capital of Morocco Fez. After breakfast, we will start our guided tour in the Medina by visiting the landmarks; places like the Al Qaraouine University, the mausoleum of Moulay Idriss, the Nejjarine Fountain, and so on. Then, we will have a traditional lunch at the Medina before we explore more of Fez. At the end of the day, we will go back to the Riad.

DAY 5: FES – IFRANE – CEDAR FORESTDELT – ZIZ VALLEY – ERG CHEBBI DESERT

After breakfast, we will leave Fez and drive through the Middle Atlas Mountains. We will visit Ifrane a town dubbed as the Switzerland of Morocco and Azrou after that to say hi to the monkeys in their cedar forest. Then, we will go across Midelt and the pass of Tizi N’Teghamt towards the region of Ziz Valley where we will stop to admire the amazing landscapes of the oases. After we arrive at Merzouga, we will rest for a little bit, then, we will take the camels and head towards the dunes of Erg Chebbi with a local guide. We will stop at a camp to spend the night there with the nomads who will play music for us around the campfire throughout the night under the fascinating starry sky.

DAY 6: EXPLORING MERZOUGA ERG CHEBBI DESERT

After breakfast, we will go out to explore the desert and oases along with the ancient irrigation system that the locals use in their agricultural activities. We will join some nomads families for a glass of tea and we will head to Khamlia; a town that is famous for its Gnawa spiritual music cultural heritage. We will eat lunch at a nice traditional restaurant that serves Berber Pizza before we head back to the village of Merzouga top spend the night there in a Raid.

DAY 7: MERZOUGA – ERFOUD – TODGRA GORGES – DADES VALLEY

We will wake up early to admire the incredible sunrise. After that, we will leave Merzouga. We will drive towards Tinghir passing by Rissani and the town of fossils Erfoud. We will stop at Toudra Gorges to enjoy the amazing landscapes of the narrow canyons and the beautiful water stream. After that, we will head to Dades Valley; there we will spend the night at a nice hotel.

DAY 8: DADES GORGES – OUARZAZATE – AIT BEN HADDOU KASBAH – MARRAKECH

After breakfast, we will leave Dades and head on our tour from Casablanca towards Kelaat Mgouna and Ouarzazate through the road of a thousand Kasbahs, which is a cool road for photography lovers. We will pay a quick visit to the amazing oasis of Skoura. Then, we will go to Ouarzazate and Ait Ben Haddou (a UNESCO world heritage site), both of these places are considered very popular filming spots that can be seen in many famous Hollywood movies such as The Mummy, Gladiator, Kingdom of Heaven and even Game of Thrones. We will drive through the amazing landscapes of the challenging road Tizi n’Tichka towards Marrakech. At Marrakech, we will have overnight stay at a traditional Riad.

DAY 9: MARRAKECH SIGHTSEEING

After breakfast at the Riad, we will go out on a guided tour through the landmarks of Marrakech. The list includes the Saadian tombs, the Bahia Palace, the Koranic School of Ben Youssef… After lunch at a traditional restaurant, we will visit more places like The Majorelle Gardens, Menara, and Koutoubia Mosque… we will return after that to the Riad.
